Bonavilla Complex - Alesd

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with a wide range of facilities available. The cleanliness was great and the hotel staff was very hospitable and professional. the hotel offered a great breakfast selection, and the location provided easy access to transportation. The parking area was free of charge and well-maintained.

Everything was fantastic - we had no complaints.

The hotel's breakfast was delicious and we loved that it had a variety of options to choose from. The pool area was great and had everything we needed for a relaxing day. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location for exploring the city and the comfortable beds.

Although the rooms were well sound-proofed, the street noise was still quite loud at times. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and uncommunicative, which made our check-in and check-out process a bit frustrating. Additionally, the air conditioning system was not efficient in some rooms, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable at times.

During our city break, we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom that had plenty of hot water. We loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near the main road, making it very easy to find and ideal for exploring the city. It also had private parking, which was a huge plus for us. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of dishes that were tasty and freshly cooked.

There were a few minor issues that we didn't like about the hotel. the coffee wasn't the best we've ever had, but it was still drinkable.

The complex is conveniently located for travellers, with easy access and ample parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable, sound insulated walls keep noise to a minimum. Breakfast offers a variety of options, although the preference leans towards meat eaters. the compound also features a spacious pool that is perfect for swimming and relaxing.

One drawback to note is that staff members may not speak fluent English, which can be a communication barrier for some guests.

The only con I can mention is that the pool was too cold for swimming. However, we still had a great time here and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
